SERVICE PROCESS
Stage 1- Initial phone call and consultation
When you initially call or email us, you will be asked a series of questions in regards to your flooring wants and needs. Such as the areas you'd like to have work done and if you have an approximate budget. If you are unsure about the type of flooring you are looking for and would like recommendations, we'd be more then happy to discuss that with you as well. We want to make sure we are working with you to meet your budget, and ensure there are not any surprises.
Stage 2- site measure and product selection
We will set up a free site measure in which we are able to bring a few samples of the products we discussed in our initial call or email. So we can get an idea of the products you'd like priced and the general site conditions and the actual amount of product you require for your project.
Stage 3- firm pricing and contract signatures
At this point we will provide you with an estimate based on the products youve selected. If you choose to proceed with the project, we would have you sign the quotation and the conditions of sale. Also we would require a 50% deposit.
Stage 4- ordering materials and scheduling installation
We will order the materials and work with you to schedule when the removal of your existing flooring and new flooring installation will start. And discuss the timeframe of when your project should be completed. We will also discuss what your responsibilities will be as the work continues. Clear communication with you as the client ensures the project runs smoothly and and sets everyone's expectations accordingly.
Stage 5- Material delivery and site preparation
Once we know the material availability we can schedule the delivery. If there is site preparations and existing flooring to be removed, we try to complete this ahead time.
Stage 6- Installation or refinsihing
This is the exciting part and we begin the installation of your new floors or refinishing of your existing hardwood. Everything really starts coming together at his point.
Stage 7- Completion
You've made it!!! you have brand new floors and all of the details outlined on our agreed contract have been completed, we will do a final walk through, address any questions or concerns you may have and collect the final balance. We will also go over the care and maintenance for your new floors, this ensures you're equipped to protect you're new floors and maintain there beauty for years to come.
